1. Who we are
Impact Leads is a trading name of Build Reach Limited (NZBN 9429053438355), a New Zealand-registered company operating from Auckland and providing lead generation services to mortgage brokers. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Build Reach Limited trading as Impact Leads. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
2. Information we collect
From brokers who contact us via the website or book a lead plan call, we collect: name, email, phone, brokerage name (FAP), monthly lead target, and any notes you provide.
From prospects who respond to our funded ad campaigns, we collect: name, mobile (verified by SMS PIN), email, loan type, estimated deposit, settlement timeframe, and the ad source. This information is passed exclusively to the single broker the lead is sold to.
3. How we use it
Broker information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver leads, manage your account, and send service updates. Prospect information is used solely to qualify, verify, and deliver the lead to one broker. We do not resell, share, or re-market prospect data.
4. SMS verification
Every prospect confirms their mobile number via a one-time SMS PIN before becoming a delivered lead. Mobile numbers are stored only as long as required to fulfil delivery and replacement obligations.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by reputable providers with industry standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to staff who require it.
6. Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only: (a) to the single broker a prospect lead is delivered to, (b) to service providers who help us operate (CRM, SMS verification, hosting, email), or (c) where required by NZ law.
7. Your rights
Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Email cooper@impactleads.co and we will respond within 20 working days.
8. Cookies
The Impact Leads website uses minimal cookies required for site functionality. We do not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies on our marketing pages.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the business changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
